Oui was listed as a french farmhouse ale on the tap list at the bar. I picked up a growler after small taste. Poured from a house growler about 2 hours after brewery pour: color is amber with a thin off white head that dissipates but has no lacing.
Smell is mostly lightly sweet malts, hint of caramel, a bit of toast - there are some light phenolics but pleasant and subdued.
Taste is a little on the sweeter side, mostly toasted and light caramel malts, belgian style with some light toast; yeast flavors are mild, but ranged from some phenols to banana, a hint of clove and maybe some slight sourness. Flavors are a bit drying, but the sweetness lingers.
Mouthfeel leans towards the sweeter side, lingering on the tongue and cheeks; the carbonation and drying bitterness balances well, but the sweetness lingers.
Overall, a very tasty, solid take on the french farmhouse style, slightly sweet in its flavor but some subdued yeast off flavors balance well.
