The appearance is a light yellow/copper colored body with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dies, moderate amount of carbonation is seen rising. The smell is blueberry, some malts, some wheat. The taste is sweet through the blueberry and malts, strong blueberry aftertaste has a sweet dry finish. On the palate, it has a light to medium sort of body. Its somewhat sessionable, adequate amount of carbonation for the style and for me. Overall, being a huge fan of blueberries in general, I would think this would be a top beer for me, however, it wasn't due to the fact that it was overly sweet (made me think it was artificial blueberry). We need a "tart" edge to this to show us that real blueberries were used in this.

Thwe color is a pretty even, completely clear amber, at least these days. When I had it years back, it was almost purple. On top is a lgitht an head that fades fast and leaves just a little spotty lacing around.
I remember smelling more blueberry, but it's not as sweet as I recall, which was a bit much previously. Blueberry does just sneak out, a little lightly considering, and there's a generic sort of musty and grainy note running. Pale malts come through and provide some support, but not as much as it could to enable it to support more.
While the malt comes through first in the flavor, it's followed by an almost Nible hops note and a touch of mineral. Blueberry comes through into the finish, very lightly, with a sweetness that's almost overdone.
It's got a generixc lager feel as well, somewhat crisp and a little smooth but neither optimally.
