Appearance: A clear light golden body is crowned by an inch-high, coarse, snow-white head, which vanishes in a few seconds. The lacing is insubstantial, just a faint, thin line about the glass wall. Clusters of fat bubbles cling to the glass wall beneath the surface. A modest number of slight streams release bubbles to race to the surface.
Aroma: Subtle pale malt, faint grassy hops and mineral water motes comprise the simple and clean aroma.
Taste: Modest pale malt notes open the taste, with a flourish of grassy hops following closely behind. Bread malt notes dominate the middle of the taste. As the taste draws to a close, there is a slightly tart note and a flourish of mineral water. A mild bitterness lingers on, well past the end of the taste.
Mouth feel: The body is surprisingly full and soft, with soft carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: A refreshing and uncomplicated example of the style, perfect for a hot Summer day.
Presentation: Packaged in a sixteen fluid ounce aluminum bottle, served in a South American-style Pilsener glass.

The head fades quickly, pale straw in appearance with high clarity and sparse slippery lacing.
The light toasted has a mild white cracker flavor, a bit of sweet corn, subtle citrus and bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light.

Did not like the look or smell…but, boy did it make up for it - in the taste/feel. A really, delicious, CRISP, light beer. Agitate the beer, and you will find notes of honey/citrus. I do know Yuengling uses Cascade hops…this could be in the profile? Cheers!

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours straw yellow with a small white head. Smells of sweet grain, not too strong, nothing stands out. Tastes of sweet grain, especially corn. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, an average beer.

I've seen so many TV ads for this beer that I had to give it a try. This one is from a one-pint can, poured into a Teku. The head is initially enormous and has a fairly long staying power for a light lager. Golden color and clear. It has a distinct corn and cereal aroma. No much of a hop smell. The taste is notably more flavorful than most other light American Lagers. Light in body and drinkable.

On draft since the waitress said it was the newest addition to their tap offerings. Pretty good, I’ve had Yuengling light lager multiple times in bottles. I couldn’t discern a huge difference between the two. Flight tasted how I expected it to, classic Yuengling flavor profile, but lighter. Nothing very exciting but a solid offering in the over crowded American light beer segment. Nothing very memorable, wouldn’t go out of my way to bring any home. Surprisingly highly rated among fellow BA users, since most of the time these type of beers get dragged through the mud in the ratings. Right now it’s sitting at 75 (okay). Okay is an agreeable adjective for Flight.
