Dark,dark red, medium transparent and consistent, not opaque nor turbid. Pink to purple foam, neutral fruit smell with hint of cask draff. Sweet and sour at the same time,starts with honey aroma, aftertaste resembles on red wine. Drinkable, refreshing, nice with white meat, fish and vegetables but not with deserts.
