Drunk fresh from the tap at Purkmistr Restaurant in Pilsen in September 2023.
L: Hazy, Golden honey yellow, thick, pillowy white head. No carbonation is seen within the murk.
S: Peaches, pineapple, tropical fruit, but restrained under the giant head.
T: Mildly tropical, slightly dank, but I can't help but feel the frothy head and pillow-light mouthfeel hold back the hoppiness and give the beer an overly creamy taste profile.
M: Ultra pillowy soft, like a traditional Šnyt pour, but I don't know that it works for hoppy beers.
O: As noted above, the hoppy, dank flavours hinted at in the nose were restrained in the mouth, and I can't help but think the traditional Czech pour was responsible for that. I suspect this beer would taste quite different poured from a bottle...
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
