These were approaching their best-by date and so were being given away at the reception at the Purkmistr Hotel on the day we checked out in September 2023. I did the right thing and took some off their hands... I drank it about a week or so later at Camping Erlensee in Schechen, Bavaria,

L: Light golden orange with a fluffy, bright white head. Small amounts of carbonation.

S: Caramel malt, nectarines, fruity tropical hops.

T: Sweet, tangy malt body. Tropical fruit basket hops, headlined by nectarines and dank yellow fruit. Very nice.

M: Very smooth and full.

O: I had drunk a lot of Czech and German lagers in the weeks leading up to this point (like, a lot!), and this was a refreshing, hoppy change that I really enjoyed.
