Purchased from Purkmistr Brewery in Plzen-Cernice, Czech Republic.
.5L Bottle served in Hefeweizen glass.
A- Overflowing foam out of the bottle. Poured in stages over twenty minutes. Cloudy deep Gold; Pillowy white head with nearly limitless retention. Thick lacing.
S- Spicy citrus, Yeast and wheat.
A- A very sour-sweet resembling Jellybeans. Sweet malt and cereal apparent with slight bitter aftertaste, nearly crisp.
M- Suprisingly mild bodied; heavy carbonation.
D- This is a good beer, but a little too sweet to be drank repetitively. Great summer beer.
