Had fresh at the brewery's taproom in a flight of five.
It was the best of the flight, so I bought a 22 ounce bottle and this I review with clear palate.
For a brewery that focusses more on getting the hops right than making the malt bill balance, they have made a very nice amber.
Pretty amber. Undistinguished nose.
Sweet, but not too sweet and, yet, slightly dry in the finish. Hard to do, but easy to enjoy. And I did.

Pours a burnt copper with a trace of head the quickly evaporates without any lacing. Malty bread aroma... similar taste very sweet. Fresh and well-bodied.

A 22 ounce bomber poured into a shaker pint glass. Cool label.
Appearance - Rusty copper color. Murky. Nice tan head. Good lacing.
Smell - Malt. Earthy. A touch sweet.
Taste - Malty. Herbal. A touch sweet. A touch bitter.
Mouth - Syrupy. Nice.
Overall - A very nice Amber ale. Reminiscent of a British bitter.

L: Hazy amber with a 2” cream colored clingy foam cap. S: Hop aromas, melon, citrus, grass, light malt. T: Toffee and caramel, bitter citrus rind hop accent. F: Medium body, medium carbonation. O: A refreshing amber with big character.
