Poured a hazy medium straw hue with a two finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a light grainy malt and a flowery hop.
The taste was grainy and light with a balancing hop spice.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style, but in a not so appetizing way.
Overall - decent drinkability, but not as much in terms of a pilsner.

Eventhough this is brewed to be a German Pilsner, it is quite an odd beer.
The beer poured a rusty golden tone, cloudy, mildly carbonated with a two finger head that was nicely retained.
The bouquet was an odd mixt of yeast and lightly toasted grains. This was followed by a light grassy tone on the nose. This followed well to the taste as the yeast and the fresh grass really seemed to come through. The grass left a pleasant aftertaste.
This beer is heavy and cloudy for the style, I don't know of I would consider it really a pilsner. The taste and body gave the beer nice mouthfeel. This is an easy drinking beer and not just another Spanish knock off of a German beer. I enjoyed this beer and will have another upon my return.
