The beer pours a cloudy rusty-brown color with a two finger tan colored head that was retained for the session. This pour seemed to have medium carbonation.
The bouquet has light malt, toffee, roasted grain, yeast and peachy-citrus. This translated well to the tastes as the malt and toffee really shine with a dry, non-bitter apple and peach finish. Overall pretty mild but complex in the flavor department.
This is a medium bodied beer that is tasty and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is pretty good, but the combination of carbonation and yeasty-bock leaves one with more gas than a cow on an all bean diet!
