Served on-tap at Al's of Hampden.
A - Pours hazy golden amber with a thick one finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving thick webs of lace on the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of strong citric hops, fresh cut grass, caramel malt sweetness, pine resin and fresh toasted bread.
T - Starts off with lots of citric hop bite quickly being joined by the caramel sweetness and eventually the grass, pine and toasted bread. Finish is bitter-sweet with some backing dryness, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Slick, bitter feel with plenty of sweetness backing it up.
O - I definitely like this one more than the previous version. It has way more flavor and in turn is more drinkable. Definitely worth a shot.
