Pours slightly hazy straw golden. Eggshell head is fine and firm, dissipates slowly to suds.
Smells of fresh grass, cereal, lemongrass, citrus, coriander, sourdough bread and straw.
Tastes of cereal, lemongrass, straw, lemon, sourdough bread and wine grapes.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Interesting, tart and potent. As a very heavy grisette, it works pretty well. Worth trying for a wheaty wine-like beer.
