A dry, spicy farmhouse ale with a flowery finish. Brewed with chinook hops.

Great look and feel. Taste and smell have very minimal flowery note. Not enough for style

Light blonde beer poured from a 750 mL. No noise once cork removed. Beer is completely still. Minimal lemonade scent coming from the glass. No funk or barrel character. Nearly tasteless. Some watered down white wine notes. No carb creates a flabby mouthfeel. 7% ABV seems abnormally high for the structure of this beer. Hopefully this was a bad bottle but at $39.25/bottle you can't afford to have an off bottle. Feel bad for the person that purchased this and sent it in a BIF.

Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at the LA Beer Talk bottle share.
Pours a murky golden-orange with a foamy off-white head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with grain, fruit, white wine, wood, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour fruit, white wine, and wood flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity and wood bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty, but the sourness and white wine barrel aging come through much better in the smell to me.
