Just had the regular saison (fleur d'elise), so I figured I'd give this one a comparison, and I'm now sure it's the same beer with a little fruit added to the bright tanks or somewhere.
On draught at their taphouse, served in a New Belgium goblet, Pompatus of Love is straw yellow with a small white off-white head that leaves scattered lace.
Smell is pretty soft, not as much of the fruity esters of the other saison, but some peach wafts through.
Taste is peppery esters and phenols, with a touch of peach, but certainly not much. After drinking it some more, and with food, I totally lost the peach, and was getting mostly husky grain on the finish.
Mouthfeel is bone dry, crisp, light bodied.
Drinkability is ok, not enough fruit for my taste, to spicy, a bit grainy, in the style of Saison Dupont, but with a hint of peach.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a cloudy, pale yellow color (almost like a very pale Hefe), with over an inch of white head that dissipated fairly quickly and left light lacing.
The aroma was very good, nice spicy yeast and earthy grains. The flavor was a bit less crisp than the aroma had led me to expect, the yeast-spice not as sharp and the grain a bit muted.
The body was a touch thin for what I look for in the style, but was still decent. Drinkability was pretty good, light, snappy and easy. Overall, a decent enough example of the style, certainly worth trekking on over to the pub for, if you're in the area.

Had on tap at Naked City Taphouse...right now in fact as I write this review.
This is a solid beer from NCT. Goodles head formation, nice lasting lacing. Not much peach on the nose, but definitely comes through in taste. Solid mouthfeel and great drinkability.
