Served in straight pint glass. Poured a bright, clean, clear, pale golden-yellow color with about 3/4 inch of bright white head that dissipated quickly and left light lacing.
The aroma was pretty typical, soft grains, a bit of yeast spice, but was more subdued than most examples. On the tongue, the components were a bit brighter. The grain provided a solid base, the yeast lightly tickled the tastebuds, and there was a slightly floral finish.
The body was light, smooth, and almost (for the style) crisp. Drinkability was good, the beer went quickly and easily. Overall, not a particularly notable example of the style, but one that's probably worth a shot if you see it.
