33 cl bottle poured into a pint glass. Purchased at a Casino marche in Toulouse, France. The current edition of this beer is called “Pretty Pinky Cherry Ale”.
Nose is delicate and sublime cherry juice and a tad of cracker malt.
Taste rides along that same path. It’s mellow and refreshing with a crisp and dry finish. There’s a little sweetness. Closer in taste to cider than ale.
Mouth is light, carbonation rides high.
Overall, would be a compliment to Black Forest Cake, or roast chicken. Wife pumped it with a trumpet by pouring an ounce of vodka in it.,.

Pink colour, clear. White foam broken into pink. Medium-high, persistent, leaves a do on the glass.
Fruity sweet cherry aroma. The association with cherry compote was first. There are earthy notes reminiscent of cellars, dust, dampness in a cellar.
Taste sweet, fruity with a slight fruit stone-like bitterness.
Medium saturation. Full body. Smooth texture. Medium-long fruity aftertaste.
