Golden color slightly hazy (changed color and got cloudy in the last pour). Made a two finger head, bright white that was fed by bubbles coming from the bottom of the bottle.
Delicious aroma for a lager, light but one can feel all the basic ingredients, malt sweetness, herbal hops and its yeast as well, like in a Hefe Weissbier, which gave it a vanilla touch.
Light to medium body. And very light carbonation with tiny bubbles, indicating that gas came from the natural process only.
Initial sweet malty and bready taste that soon incorporates a mild bitterness at the point of the tongue. Hints of vanilla and a butter feeling. Very balanced and refreshing (though some further bitterness would be welcome).
Fans of lager that enjoy a mild bitterness will have a great time here.
