33 cL I think, you can correct me, thanks DoubleJ,
A: Pours a clear copper with a light white head, some mild lace.
S: Some sweet malt, hint of diacetyl, apple, light brown sugar.
T: Sweet biscuity malt with some light hoppping. Earth, some floral hop character.
M: Light-bodied, pretty clean, an easy drinking beer.
O: Middle of the road ESB, it's to style and a good drinkable beer.

I was certain that Cervejaria Bamberg was going to brew nothing but German styles of beer. That certainty was broken when the news broke of Bamberg ESB. Well, at least there's some excuse for this; Bamberg took the guard from Eisenbahn as the brewery that would reward the winnner of an annual homebrew competiton by brewing their winnning beer. Hence, Bamberg ESB. On to the beer:
A copper colored beer. One with a reasonable thickness of head, decent lace, and decent head retention. The nose has has a mineral-like characteristic, could it be the water? There's a touch of smoke and faint esters, but it's not really going in the direction that I hoped. Nor does the taste. There's a little smoke, a hint of chocoalte, some fruitness. I can't find the diacetyl.
This isn't doing a whole lot for me. It's alright, nada mais.
