A: Black oil, nice brown head with standard carbonation and great lacing.
S: Roasted malt. Def some coffee and minor chocolate notes.
T: Great, really great. Like an extremely well made porter. Good malt background and finishes with some sweet notes and some minor cherry notes which I’m told are from a combination of the yeast and letting the beer ferment at an above average temp (72F).
M: Amazing, the mouth rounds out with a nice carbonation followed by the coffee and fig/cherry notes.
O: This is amazing, I wish I could get this to cellar and quite frankly, this beer shows that the brewer for fermentation can hold his own against any craft brewer. This has got to be one of the top 5 regular porters I’ve ever had. Tastes very traditional and Classic and the fruity notes just add that extra umph!

Beautiful looking porter with a nice head. I could smell a little roated malt, not too much. I pretty much liked everything but the finish on the taste. The finish had a iron/metallic taste that I did not enjoy. It was very easy drinking porter but was expecting a little more flavor.
