16 ounce Growler.
Pours a clear gold with 1 finger head of foam.
Smells fruity, tart, hoppy like in a tropical way.
Quite a tropical fruit hoppines going on, tartness is fairly mild, overall smooth because of the nice mouthfeel.
Some Saison spices when I dig deep, some alcohol.

This is a fun Saison.
Straw colored, with medium head and minimal lacing.
Smells strongly of yeast, likely French in nature, followed by sweet grape.
The flavor truely is very much champagne like on the front end with a dry French saison flavor on the back end.
A little too sweet, and could be a touch dryer, but a great use of Nelson Sauvin hops.

Pours a bright straw color with a little haze to it. Head foams up to two fingers of white foam, with good retention. Lacing is splattered about as the beer disappears. Aroma is straw, floral, herbal, and flowery hops. Additions of yeast spice, clove, and light alcohol add to the intensity of the aroma. Flavor profile is yeast spice, and clove - which both remain strong throughout the experience. Straw, floral, herbal, and flowery hop notes mingle in and out of view, but work to spin up a tasty, evolving flavor profile. Mouth feel is a little fizzy, effervescence, with a medium thickness. Overall, lots of hoppy flavors going on here, which work well with the saison and champagne characteristics. It drinks fairly slow, and makes for a wonderful sipper.

Pours a translucent golden with bubbles rising and a nice white head. OK lacing. Aroma is clove, peppery and grapes. Flavor follows suit. Crisp, thin mouthfeel with a dry finish Overall, solid offering from Upslope here. Nitpicking here but I do wish this could have landed 2-3% low in abv.
