Canned August 30th 2019.
Pours a lightly hazed straw gold, a small head of foam with a vigorous pour. That's gone now and no lacing.
Fruity sour apricot nose. Some acetic acid. Yeah, this puppy is firmly in the sour category. I get a wee bit of a Brett character.
Sour apricots, some lemon and acetic acid. Brett character a bit more noticeable in the taste vs smell. Long lingering sour aftertaste. Yummy.
Medium bodied with medium carbonation despite the short lived head of foam.
This is a treat! Around $11 for the Imperial pint can. Worth it.
