330 mL bottle. Black body, with slight transparency. Smells of roasted malt, lactose, some bourbon. Tastes absolutely incredible. Sweet chocolate, bourbon, vanilla. Sounds like every other stout, but this is a perfect combination of flavors. It's sweet and heavy, but it tastes so good it doesn't matter. Medium heavy. Sweet, but not sluggish. It really doesn't smell that exciting, but it tastes wonderful.

A 330ml bottle with no bottled on or best before date. Poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Dark dark brown to black in colour with a very thin brown head that disappeared almost immediately while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Roasty, chocolate, cocoa, Horlicks malt wheat, coffee bean, vanilla, oak, bourbon.
Taste: Sweet, chocolate, bourbon, light roasted malt, cocoa, oak, candi sugar, molasses, lightly boozy, with notes of vanilla.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, creamy, medium to full bodied, with soft carbonation.
Overall: Loved the aroma, and while taste may be on the verge of being too sweet for me, it was still a wonderful sipper.

Served in a goblet from the bottle.
Appearance: Strong black body consisting of black to brown body looking like a pour of maple syrup. Tan head initially rose a notch below one finger's length off the body.
Smell: beautiful whiskey and chocolate notes. Comes and goes with the beer but the vanilla and toffee undertone stay with you.
Taste: this has to be one of most complicated beers I have had in the past few months. You taste vanilla whiskey mocha anodos in a super dose of caramel and toffee but subtle if that makes any sense.
Mouth: super sticky body. A. Little dry and linger after body taste.
Overall: Good brew. I hope I can come back to the States with this beer. Salud!

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, red session. Dark brown color with a bit of brownish head. Aroma has cocoa powder, milk chocolate and some vanilla extract. Taste is smooth, well balanced, sweetish but balanced out by a roasty and cacao bitterness.
