P: 16 fl oz can into a snifter.
A: SRM is straw/golden yellow. Hazy with some sediment. Head is off white, 1 in, dissipates to line the top of the beer. Medium/light carbonation. Light/medium lacing.
S: Belgian yeast, corriander, natural orange, hops.
T: Summit hops hit the palate first, but are immediately followed by the Belgian yeast, corriander, and orange. Light bitterness, flavors are crisp and distinctive. Aftertaste is malt, yeast, light orange/corriander.
M: Medium body. Classic witbier flavor with orange zest additions give classic feel. Addition of Summit hops gives an initially bright feel, and contrasts nicely on the aftertaste. Semi-wet finish.
O: Not a big fan usually of witbier/dubbels, but this is very nice. GC nailed the classic witbier/dubbel flavor, but orange peel and summit hop additions really added a nice depth of flavor and contrasted nicely with the other ingredients. I would by this again.
