This slow-poured very nicely - carefully placing it in the glass left a half inch a bit more fluffy than pop but more coarse than a stout head that lasted a bit... as it dissipated it did leave a creamy island on top & edges, and lacing down the glass. The color was a light copper-orange, clear but slightly hazy.
smell is light. sweet. floral. My nose isn't all that great, but that is what I've picked up. There is more, I can't quite place it.
Taste is surprising, a bit tart, opposite of the sweet that fooled my nose. Grapefruit peel, lime, dryness of some bitter sort that works very well.
Finish is quite clean, somewhat citrus-like.
This is a pretty interesting brew, quite refreshing, and if you see it, interesting enough to try.
