This beer came a muddled dull copper that faded to peach and was almost red in the middle. The head was neat thin white film.
Smells of fresh oranges with a dry, tangy zap of coriander. There's a dry powdery caramel sweetness along with a creamy wheat and milky yeast. This seems to be a bit fruit heavy for the style, with only a hint of black pepper thats butted up against a thin plumb shin.
The flavor is fruity as well with a the sweat caramel and a cock tale of peaches, apples and a bit of pineapple. The finish is quite tart, but not very saisony. Still good though.
Fells like grape juice with slight pinpricks of carbonation.
