2010 rate.

Bottle, pours a very clear, bright gold with a large white head. Sharp, fairly pungent nose, first reminds me of Dupont saisons, really grassy and distinctive. Freshly cut grass, light and fresh yeast, really summery. Sweeter in the mouth than I had expected, with a round quality unusual in a saison. Honeydew and ripe mangoes. Rounded about with that grassy saison kick. Peppery and a bit spicy, just slightly hot. Good and pretty interesting.

Looking back one thing I remember about drinking this bottle is that I got into an argument with my neighbor's dad, who was being a total dick, when I was drinking it.

Thanks to hopdog for breaking this one open. I have since grabbed a bottle for storing in the cellar...
Appears a hazy, light gold with a small, white cap that fades into a mild head of fizz. Tons of scattered lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of caramel, spice, wet hay, vanilla cream, and orange citrus.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas. A definite use of duPont yeast with vanilla esters and light farmhouse earthiness coming through.
Mouthfeel is slightly sweet, medium bodied, citrusy, and slick on the finish.

750ml bottle.

Poured a medium to deeper and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of citrus (lemony), doughy, floral, fruity, earthy, and some honey. Tastes of citrus, spices, the same doughiness, sweet apples, and earthy. On the sweeter side. Alcohol content well hidden.
