Mike and Nathan were kind enough to share this last night. What a beer!
Clear with a dense, white head, this beer looks beautiful. And the nose is just stunning. Beautifully balanced, I get a blend of moderate funk, quite clean (though the yeast does add some sulfur), a mild tartness, grass, hay and a touch of lemon. Sweetness is low, apart from a mild cracker-like malt character. The palate opens with a mild lemon tartness, very clean with a beautiful grassy funk. A low ABV, incredibly flavorful and very well structured saison, this beer is light in body with high carbonation. At 4%ABV, this is endlessly drinkable.

Appears a mildly hazed, light gold with a small white head that quickly fades into a gentle cap. Tiny speckles of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is obvious tart wheat, citrus, gentle spicing, and freshly cracked grains.
Tsate is of the mentioned aromas with very mild, timid flavors that's meant to be intentional.
Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied, dry, with a lemon peel finish.
