Enjoyed at the Oktoberfest Beer Dinner...
I had this after the Oer Faute, which is the same beer aged in French red wine barrels with wild yeast, and bacteria. What a completely different beverage.

Appears a murky dark amber with brown edges and a small off white head that slowly fades away. Spotty bits of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of toasted nuts, dark Belgian Candi sugar, raisins, prunes, caramel, honey, and molasses.
Taste is of the aromas with a sweet malty caramel, dark fruit, and nutty flavor pulling through. Seems to be a touch of CaraMunich in this guy that I'm digging on.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, chewy, and slick in the swallow.
