On draft at Devon location. From the menu: "A colorful collision of American IPA and Belgian influence. Dry hopped with tons if Cascade hops after rustic Belgian fermentation. 65 IBU".
Pours a dark, cloudy amber copper with a thick, dense cream head. Long retention and thick rings of lace. Pine and earthy aroma with a strong Belgian spice presence balancing the hop bitterness. Flavor starts piney and finishes dry and earthy. Mid palate has a mild Belgian candi sugar sweetness. Medium thick, well carbonated body. Similar to their Farmhouse 8, tastes like a traditional style brewed with their farmhouse yeast.
