Mahagony color, light lace, moderate gravity and full body taste. Write up: deep malt flavors with assertive hop bitterness. I certainly agree with deep malt flavors but in terms of taste the “assertive hop bitterness” is absent, perhaps mediated by the 10% alcohol. Whatever rich taste and a nice mouthfeel IF you tend toward malty flavors.
