Had a taste of this the other day at the brewpub. Ludwig's appears a hazed crimson copper color with about two fingers of light rust colored foam. Nose and flavor are of medium toasted grain, nice and malty, sweet and bready, caramel, grassy hops. A notch better than medium bodied with ample carbonation. A decent cool weather lager.
