Poured from growler into a weisen glass.
A: Pours a cloudy orange-amber with a thin white, creamy head that lasts a moderate amount of time and leaves lacing.
S: Citrusy and piney hops. Very prominent aroma of hops. Malt follows some sweet aroma.. slightly caramel.
T: Very hoppy. Malt is there to balance but the taste is dominated by piney and citrusy hops. Otherwise clean tasting as a lager should be.
M: Light bodied. No carbonation sting, though it is well carbonated
O: I was a bit disappointed with the appearance.. cloudy... not a chill haze. This tastes like a lagered IPA, in my opinion. Hops is what it is all about. A very refreshing beer.
