500 ml bottle, from Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg. ABV is 5.3%. Amber colour, large and lasting off-white head. Fairly nice aroma, some sweetish toffee and caramel notes, also some "dusty" hops. A hint of fruit too. The flavour has also moderate notes of toffee and caramel, but is otherwise fairly dry. Decent hops and some woody notes in the finish. Maybe not exceptional, but nice enough to drink.

Copenhagen 3/8 2020. 50 cl bottle from gift box bought at Silkeborg Museum. Bøllingsø Brewery’s usual design with two intertwining “B’s” in dark red.
Pours unclear amber red with a big fluffy white head. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a dry austere scent. Plums and peaches. A bit of sugar. Biscuits. Hoppy dryness.
Medium strong carbonation. Soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Decent take on a ESB even though a bit on the sweet side. But nice and dry.
