Brewed with English lavender harvested from Meander River Farms and wildflowers honey from G.G. Smeltzer & Son in Shubenacadie, this lovely strong ale features the delicate flavours of honey, malt & lavender with a hint of lemon.

Pours a slightly hazy orange body with lots of pearly white, soapy head. The scent has very bold flowery, lavender aromas, along with wheat and honey sweetness and a bit of spice. The taste is very fruity and slightly sweet, with a perfume aftertaste. Smooth, but strange. Interesting in theory, but in practice, only ok.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Obviously a strong lavender aroma, unfortunately it makes me think of soap. Appearance is a cloudy golden colour with a white head. Has medium sweet taste that lingers. A medium body, with oily texture, and average carbonation. The finish is strong with honey with a bit of lavender. Not a bad brew, but a bit heavy on the honey for me.

A: Pours a cloudy pale orange body with a thin film of white head. Retention and lacing is poor.
S: Beautiful aroma's of honey, lavender and bready wheat.
T: Flavours are much weaker than the aroma, the honey is the strongest notes with lavender and wheat following. Overall it is weak and very pale.
M: Light bodied with high carbonation. The texture is water like and leaves slight notes of wheat and lavender. Alcohol is not noticeable.
O: Good idea, but I feel it fell short in the taste section.
