Bottle from the brewery. Pours golden body with a whisp of head, that later leaves some dots of lace. Yeast above all is the aroma, also boozy. Overcarbonated. About the right mouthfeel without the carbonation. Some pepper and alcohol, drinkable but 500 ml. is way too much. Below average saison.
