A:Slightly cloudy and a paleish gold in color. Almost Wit-like in appearance. Moderatly quick receding head and somewhat decent lacing.
S: Apple of course. A bit of sweet caramel malt.
T: A good mix of apples meaning that some tart and a tad sour green apples grace the palate as do the sweeter red apples. Malts back up the beer and provide a base for the apple flavors to work above. Bitterness is low and really just serves as some kind of balance. A touch of some kind of metallic flavor comes through in the after taste which is rather displeasing.
M: Very easy drinking despite the higher ABV. The carbonation is crisp and cleanses the palate. The beer being somewhat acidic makes it all the more thirst quenching.
O: A pretty decent beer and I would recommend it to a fruit beer drinker but not really for me.

Bottle: Poured a light dirty beige color ale with a generous fizzy head with average retention. Aroma is leaning toward sourer green apple note then I was expecting but that is not a bad thing. Taste is very nice with a good mix between some sour apple notes and some solid cereal notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I must admit to really enjoying the light acidic and green apple notes.
