A dark brown mahogany body with tiny off white head
small aromas of whiskey & molasses
Plums & brown sugar in the flavour with a bitter finish
Decent solid mouthfeel
A thoroughly decent if old fashioned brown ale I'm Raising a glass of it to my great uncles
Who made the ultimate sacrifice
in the Great War & It is beer good enough for that toast.
