Tannish orange, fairly good head and lacing.
Aroma and flavor are very smoky, very peppery, with a significant but not overpowering heat from the peppers. Nice and sour too. A bit overpowering, but I asked for a sample, then asked for a glass, so it's certainly quite drinkable despite being busy, with a lot going on.
Body is pretty light and drinkable, except there's no need to rush it with a beer this complex, nor should you rush it with a great pepper beer..
Overall it's quite an interesting brew, very likable. Freetail always has something interesting and off-the-wall.
