This beers was brewed at the beginning of winter and is born at the beginning of spring. It is a bit fizzy, white foam oozing out, slightly amber brew following.
Nose is wheaty with apricots and a perfume waft.
Taste follows. Quite pleasant. refreshing, The finish lingers fruit and sweet herbs.
Light body, medium-high carbonation.
Overall, a right fine French seasonal beer.
