Beer bottle (33 cl.) purchased from La Crécelle brewery (5/2010), and tasted in 2012.
Appearance : slightly brownish color, with white foamy head.
Smell : fruiy aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : acid fruits bring a note of cherry, blueberry and cassis underpin the red color, without dominating the taste. No bitterness.
Drinkability : an interesting beer in the style fruit beer.
Brewed from pale barley malt, wheat and caramel, with added sugar Candy. With a nettle that replaces almost hops.
