A truly solid funky saison. This has a sublime barnyard mustiness to it that doesn't make you cringe but rather enjoy the experience of the flavors the Brett adds to this beer. The oak only adds more layers to a pleasant drinking experience. I prefer this version to the regular version.

If you are looking for a beer that tastes like sweat horses screwing in a damp mold barn filled with dirty litterboxes then this is the beer for you. I wasn't ready for the funk. From what I have read about this style this beer tasted exactly like it was supposed to.
