Pour is a crustal clear golden yellow with a fluffy chalk white head. good retention. some lacing.
Nose is lightly sweet, hint of corn, grain
Taste if clean, crisp. cracker up front followed by a touch of sweet corn. subtle earthy hops on finish.
Smooth, dry, easy to drink. good light lager. I could drink a lot of these.

NOLA Light Lager has a thick, spongy, white head, a somewhat hazy gold appearance, some bubbles, and minimal lacing. The aroma is of pungent yeast and sweet grains. The flavor is similar, with higher-than-average hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light, and NOLA Light Lager finishes crisp.
