Had on tap &-18-2009 Listed as Das Bier - Summer Lager
Was presented with a 'typical' macro looking pint a bit more head and lacing that macros though
smell was pretty much lacking just a faint grass and grain
taste was very light easy drinking macro like but not with that 'corn' perception
very light mouthfeel would be perfect on a hot humid summer day
drank like water not that its a bad thing

It had been awhile since I had been over to Pearl Street I had been hearing better things about this place so we stopped in last night. This offering came in a standard pint glass a lighter golden with a thinner quick to fade white head, cleaner aromas a bit of toasty malt and a passing whiff of floral hop.Like the nose, flavors are pretty clean there is a firm toasty base though wich stands out lightly sweet with a honey element and a lingering leafiness but its faint. Not bad better than a standard macro-style lager and went down easy.
