This is a saison that's brewed true to style. There is a lot of flavor going on here with lemon, spice, light wheat/dirt. It's more clear than some other saisons. If they can tone down the bitter finish a bit this would be a home run. Low ABV and refreshing.

Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, citrus fruit, earth, spice, and yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, earth, spice, yeast, straw, and pepper flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice and yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer that is light, tasty, and super easy to drink.
