On tap at Newhall Refinery in Newhall, CA.
Described as a dry-hopped saison.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, citrus peel, earth, spice, and yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly tart grain, citrus peel, earth, yeast, and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that has a nice mix of dry hopped and tart aspects.
