Carefully poured off its sediment (bottle-conditioned), its clear, yellow-gold body is capped by a good-sized head of bright-white foam. The retention is good, and it leaves some nice lace about the glass. The nose is yeasty and slightly malty with a mild touch of floral hops. It's crisp in the mouth with an average carbonation and light-to-medium body. Yeast returns in the flavor amidst a basic, lightly grainy maltiness and low bitterness. It finishes dry with a touch of lingering maltiness. With the exception of its excessive yeast bite, it's fairly nice. But it's still very mainstream, which seems to be what they're looking for. Probably a best-seller!
