Pours with an average looking deep tan head over dark amber liquid. The nose is yeasty fruitiness followed by very appealing aromas of roasty malt tempered with a healthy dose of hoppiness. The taste is an initial blast of Cascade hop bitterness, toast-like maltiness and some light fruit sweetness that's whisked away by semi-strong hop bitterness. Finishes long, bitter and fruity...maximum flavor and simply delicious for less than $5 a sixer!

A very hazy red with orange highlights body, topped by a beige, foamy two finger top. A very sweet caramel aroma. Taste is exceptionally unexceptional. Needs more carbonation. Bland, lifeless, damn near hopless. Very thankful I purchased only a single.

On the pour, as one might expect, a somewhat hazy amber color, the head modest, the lace decent, both off white in color. Malt dominates the nose, lightly sweet fruit hints, acceptable. Top is skimpy, the finish is pertinently acidic, the hops apropos to the style with a long lasting dry aftertaste.
