D slightly hazy Amber body with a good white head.
Surprisingly set and slightly spicy nose.
Very good, medium strength flavor that's remarkably sweet up front.

I had a pint at a local watering hole and decided to fill a growler. Poured from a growler into a tulip glass. Has an interesting hazy orange color. Not much lacing. The smell for an IPA was average but better than most session IPAs. Taste was good. I would probably buy it again.

These local brewers have been plugging away for years but never really caught fire. This has a handsome dull copper hue with a wet, fading off white head. Lacing already apparent and the nose is grassy citrus ,light pine, and a little black pepper.
As a few other tasters have mentioned, the most noticeable characteristic is the dryness. It doesn't smother the mellow bitterness but definitely tempers it. Stiff, even mouthfeel accentuates the taste for me. If this was too thin or watery, it would be a serious problem.

Not as full flavored or drinkable as several session IPAs I've had, but certainly not a bad effort.

This beer falls into the "hop water" category for me. Poured from a can 3+ months ahead of the best by date. Solid malt presence and faded hop notes. Looks fine, feels fine, but overall not something I really enjoy. Hop profile is muted and there isn't enough going on here to bring me back.

Poured from can into chilled Pint Glass.

A: Deep straw/golden color with very nice creamy head. Bits of particulate floating and decent carbonation.

N: Strong grapefruit notes. Citrus notes and some malt.

T: Muted and subtle. Hop flavor upfront followed by yeasty notes finished off with a good amount of bitterness. At first I thought it was too mild but it slowly grows on you. The finish is slightly dry but leaves a great hops taste in your mouth.

M: Decent mouthfeel. Good/Strong carbonation. Slightly watery and slightly dry finish.

O: Very solid IPA. Well balanced and not too strong. I will definitely be purchasing this again!

A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation, moderate amounts of medium sized light yeast particulates in suspension, and light amounts of copper highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a half finger thick pillowy layer covering the entire surface of the beer with a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit pith, and herbal hops over the top of light aromas of grainy malts.

T: Upfront there is a light flavor of grainy malts with a light amount of sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit, citrus/grapefruit pith, and herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness in the finish which fades away pretty quickly.

M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly thin/watery with a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: A slightly different take on a session IPA with a little more dryness and not as much bitterness as some of the others on the market. Easy to drink and enjoyable with well hidden alcohol.

From a can pool side. Lots of hops and bitterness, carbonation was fine. Compared to of the few other session ipas I've tried this did a better job of keeping things in balance.

Came in a standard pint a clear light golden with a thinner but well sustained white head atop.A decent shot or citrus and pine in the nose along with a crisp malt base.Light in the feel to be expected but there is nice fresh hop flavors and stays quite dry.It is what it is...a nice dryer sessionable hoppy beer.
