Poured into narrow pint glass: color is gold, slight haze, head is off white with fine bubbles, some lacing on the glass.
Smell is citric and herbal hops, neutral malt with light caramel notes.
Taste is similar - mixed hop flavors of citrus and herbal notes, malt is sweeter than I would anticipate for the style with some caramel like notes.
Mouthfeel seems low/moderately carbonated, moderate sweetness, then some longer acting drying bitterness.
Overall this seemed more like a neutral/low aroma/lightly flavored IPA than a true Brut IPA - flavor was a bit sweet and mouthfeel as well, I would expect more carbonation and crisper dryer finish.

Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has moderately strong stone fruit aromas up front. There are some caramel notes in the background. The stone fruit is apricot like.
Taste: It has stone fruit flavors, mostly apricot, with some caramel. There is a slight solvent like grape quality to it.
Feel: It has a medium body with a sweet and dry finish.
Overall, there is a bit of sharpness from alcohol in the background.

Ya know...I'm diggin the "brut IPA" style more & more, especially with the advent of the "haziness" BS which has the limelight at the moment. Double Draw is a solid IPA with awesome hop notes, and a nice dry finish...solid props to Lonerider!!
