I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a big glass mug.

Appearance: medium golden hue with a little bit of haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.

Smell: kinda sweet with almost a bit of a fruitiness. There’s a good yeasty character too. I like it.

Taste: crackery malt that is somehow both light and rich at the same time, with just enough sweetness to be balanced. A bit of yeast flavor adds some fruitiness, as in the aroma. Hops lend an herbal, earthy character, and there’s no shortage of bitterness here. It’s damn good.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: absolutely solid kellerbier. Really enjoying this, and honestly I could drink it all day long.
